Uninhabitable houses are an indicator of poverty that needs to be addressed. In order to speed up the handling of uninhabitable houses, the Sukoharjo Regency Government adopted a policy in the form of allocating social assistance funds to people with low incomes and especially those in the Poor Household category. Handling of uninhabitable houses began in 2015 based on the 2015 Integrated Database Update totaling 17,982 units. Uninhabitable houses handled from 2016 to 2021 were 9,410 units, leaving the remaining 8,482 units. Based on Sukoharjo Regency Housing Data for 2021 which was determined by Sukoharjo Regent's Decree Number: 663/479 YEAR 2021, number of houses: 242,659 units, habitable houses: 227,503 units, total number of uninhabitable houses: 15,156 units, uninhabitable houses that can be submitted assistance = 11,524 units and backlog = 22,045 units. Handling of uninhabitable houses in 2022 will be 1,152 and in 2023 there will be 1,953 units, the remaining 8,419 units. The aim of writing this policy paper is to provide input and policy solutions to accelerate the handling of uninhabitable houses in Sukoharjo Regency. The methodology used in the process of preparing this policy paper is quantitative descriptive analysis, used to evaluate the Sukoharjo Regency regional government policy in handling Uninhabitable Houses. The background of this study is based on the significant potential of Central Java in the halal industry and religious tourism, which has not yet been optimally utilized, as well as the need to develop a comprehensive approach to enhance regional competitiveness. This study aims to analyze how integrating these two sectors can increase tourist attraction, strengthen the local economic ecosystem, and boost regional income. The method used in this research is a literature study, with data collected through a review of various relevant literature sources, including academic journals, government reports, and industry publications. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively to identify patterns, relationships, and implications of integrating the halal industry and religious tourism. The study results indicate that combining the halal industry with the religious tourism sector in Central Java has significant potential to increase the number of tourists, particularly from the domestic and international Muslim tourist segments. This synergy also contributes to the increased income of local SMEs in culinary, handicrafts, and halal accommodation services. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of local government support in developing policies and infrastructure that support the integration of the halal industry and religious tourism. Additionally, collaboration between halal industry players and religious tourism managers needs to be enhanced to create quality tourism experiences that adhere to halal principles. This study concludes that such integration can be an effective strategy for improving Central Java's regional economy.

2024-10-30T13:14:11+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Pembangunan Daerahhttps://ejournal.pentest.jatengprov.go.id/index.php/JPD/article/view/1198Penentuan Prioritas Penanganan Akses Air Minum pada Desa Prioritas Penanganan Kemiskinan Ekstrem di Jawa Tengah2025-06-10T04:51:25+07:00Wahyu Ramadhani Sukma Lestarihafidztaufiq8@gmail.comNurwi Mayasari Fitri Astutimeme_map11@yahoo.com
Poverty is a social problem that is seen from various dimensions, one of which is the availability of drinking water. This research examines how much influence drinking water has on the value of the Social Resilience Index in priority villages for handling extreme poverty. Drinking water is one of the indicators in forming the Social Resilience Index in determining village status. The availability of drinking water has an indirect impact on the poverty of a village, the greater the percentage of availability of access to drinking water in a village indicates that the village is served by access to drinking water from the government. The analysis used in this research is simple linear regression analysis and matrix with variables of drinking water percentage level and Social Resilience Index (IKS). The results of the analysis show that there is a relationship between the variable availability of drinking water and IKS and has an influence of 4.9% while the rest is influenced by other variables. The results of this analysis are then used to determine priorities for handling PKE villages based on the need for access to drinking water. Treatment priorities are divided into 4 classifications, including first, second, third and fourth treatment priorities. The lower the percentage level of drinking water availability, the higher the priority level for handling it. It is hoped that the results of this research will become a reference for the government in alleviating the problems of PKE priority villages based on the availability of drinking water.
2024-10-30T13:17:46+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Pembangunan Daerahhttps://ejournal.pentest.jatengprov.go.id/index.php/JPD/article/view/1215Correlation of Provincial Road Damage and Geographical Difficulty of Accessibility Factors in Extreme Poverty Villages in Central Java Province2025-06-10T04:42:58+07:00Maheswara Rifky Pasopatimaheswararifkyp19a1@gmail.comSigit Pandu Basukisigpanbas@gmail.com
The availability of road infrastructure is one of the important factors in supporting connectivity between regions. the availability of an adequate road network can support increased accessibility between regions. One of the factors that influence accessibility is geographical conditions. In accordance with the RPD of Central Java Province 2024-2026, the reduction of poverty enclaves is carried out by increasing connectivity between regions such as the development and improvement of transportation facilities and road infrastructure development. To see the relationship between the level of road damage and accessibility, a correlation analysis was conducted using simple linear regression and matrix analysis methods. The variables in this study are priority villages for extreme poverty in Central Java, road conditions in Central Java province, and geographical difficulty index. In the results of the analysis using the matrix, a significant negative trend of interrelationship was found. In the analysis using simple linear regression, the t-test showed that only the aggregate IKG variable had a significant influence on the road condition variable. Then the F test shows that stimulatively the geographical difficulty index variables of accessibility/transportation and aggregate factors have a significant influence on the road condition variable. Then it is shown in the coefficient of determination that the stimulant effect is 44.9%, while the rest is influenced by other variables that exist in each other variable that measures each of these factors. Then in determining the priority of handling road damage, scoring and weighting were carried out and obtained road sections Priority I to Priority III where the most important was on the Moga - Morongso Bts. Tegal Regency which passes through Walangsanga Village and Sima Village (Pemalang Regency). This can be a recommendation for stakeholders in prioritizing the handling of road sections in priority villages for handling extreme poverty in Central Java.
2024-10-30T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Pembangunan Daerah
