PENGARUH PENGELUARAN PEMERINTAH,TINGKATSUKUBUNGA,ANGKATANKERJA, DANNILAITUKARRUPIAH TERHADAP PENANAMANMODALASING DIPROPINSI JAWATENGAH

Abstract

This research aims to know the effect of government expenditure, international rate scale of interest, educated workers, and exchange rate of rupiah to foreign investment in Central Java Province for 1970-2001 period. .Data which  used in development  sector, international rate scale of interest, numbers of educated workers, exchange rate of rupiah to US dollar ($), and realization of Foreign Investment  numbers, in Central Java Province.All data are obtained from Center of Statistic Bureau, Regional Investment and Development Planning Bureau of Central Java Province. These data are analyzed by using dynamic linear model of error correction method = ECM).Error correction method uses  t-test ,Fstest and determination coefficient (R2) statistic. Result of this research points out that Foreign Investment (Penanaman  Modal Asing/PMA) in  Central Java Province for 31  years (1970-2000) significantly effected with negative direction  by rate scale of interest in long time period. For workers, in longtime period significantly effected by positive  direction,  but in short time period, it hasn't significantly  effected. Exchange rate of Rupiah  to US dollar  in long time period and government expenditure have significantly effected to Foreign Investment.
