TPI • SALAH SATU SUMBER PENDAPATAN DAERAH YANG POTENSIAL

Abstract

In the era of regional  autonomy,  Local Governments  should  solve their  financial problems. especially budget, income or revenue themselves, by increasing their local original income. Although the Local Governments are given general or spesific allocation fund by The Central Government, but the fund is far enough to fulfil their financial needs. One of the financial resources in  local  areas are Fish Public Sale Location or Tempat Pelelangan lkan (TP[). TPI was founded chronologicallya based on The Central Java Regional  Regulation No. I Year 1984 jis The Central Java Regional Regulation  No. 3 Year 1999 and The Central Java Regulation  No. 3 Year 2000 and all this regulation will  be replaced by The Central Government Regulation No. 61  Year 2002 on Fish Public  Sale Location, which is  now is a final  Concept. The gross income fromthessale ofTPI during the Year 2000 until  March 2002 are significant  enough.  The problem is how to maintain  and increase this  income.  Many factors have influence  on it, among others is that the are many fish public sale happen not in the TPI. but at the sea (outside the Fish Public Sale Location). Many measures should   be taken in making The Fish Public Sale Location regulation effective. ft is recommendedamong others that the Provincial Government should keep the sale of fish in the TPI, not outside that, also increasing  the infrastructure and preparing the human resources in facing the AFTA 2003.
