Improving The Interpersonal Skill And The Concept Comprehension Through The Cooperative Srategy at The Student of SLTP
Abstract
The goal of this research 'is to recognize the different that is good significant about the interpersonal skill although concept comprehension of student between the groups.The populations of this research are the first students of SLTP Negeri l Semarang. The sample is made by using multi stage random sampling technique, with the total of sample of two classes are 12 students for aqnalysing the interpersonal skill beside the concept comprehension. There are two variables with going to be research as the main variable, that is as the independent variable is learning strategy, while as the dependent variable is the interpersonal skill and the student's concept comprehension. Data collection is generated with documenter, observation and test, while analysing technique used is t-test, Analyze result the interpersonal skill performance the significant difference, for the interpersonal skill with t-count 2,41 is out from the t-table with the significant level 0,05 df = 22 is - 2,07 until + 2,07. Analyze result the student's concept comprehension performance the difference between cooperative learning groups with non-cooperative learning group with I-count 2,53 is bigger than cost oft-table 2,07. Given advice are: (a) teacher need more matured planning and preparation, (b) teacher requice to strive certain condition so that effort cooperative more productive and (c) cooperative strategy shall be applied at other school or class, to know its effectiveness. Based upon the analyze result above means the cooperative group is different from non cooperative group.
