Penentuan Prioritas Penanganan Akses Air Minum pada Desa Prioritas Penanganan Kemiskinan Ekstrem di Jawa Tengah

Abstract

Poverty is a social problem that is seen from various dimensions, one of which is the availability of drinking water. This research examines how much influence drinking water has on the value of the Social Resilience Index in priority villages for handling extreme poverty. Drinking water is one of the indicators in forming the Social Resilience Index in determining village status. The availability of drinking water has an indirect impact on the poverty of a village, the greater the percentage of availability of access to drinking water in a village indicates that the village is served by access to drinking water from the government. The analysis used in this research is simple linear regression analysis and matrix with variables of drinking water percentage level and Social Resilience Index (IKS). The results of the analysis show that there is a relationship between the variable availability of drinking water and IKS and has an influence of 4.9% while the rest is influenced by other variables. The results of this analysis are then used to determine priorities for handling PKE villages based on the need for access to drinking water. Treatment priorities are divided into 4 classifications, including first, second, third and fourth treatment priorities. The lower the percentage level of drinking water availability, the higher the priority level for handling it. It is hoped that the results of this research will become a reference for the government in alleviating the problems of PKE priority villages based on the availability of drinking water.
