Abstract

The availability of road infrastructure is one of the important factors in supporting connectivity between regions. the availability of an adequate road network can support increased accessibility between regions. One of the factors that influence accessibility is geographical conditions. In accordance with the RPD of Central Java Province 2024-2026, the reduction of poverty enclaves is carried out by increasing connectivity between regions such as the development and improvement of transportation facilities and road infrastructure development. To see the relationship between the level of road damage and accessibility, a correlation analysis was conducted using simple linear regression and matrix analysis methods. The variables in this study are priority villages for extreme poverty in Central Java, road conditions in Central Java province, and geographical difficulty index. In the results of the analysis using the matrix, a significant negative trend of interrelationship was found. In the analysis using simple linear regression, the t-test showed that only the aggregate IKG variable had a significant influence on the road condition variable. Then the F test shows that stimulatively the geographical difficulty index variables of accessibility/transportation and aggregate factors have a significant influence on the road condition variable. Then it is shown in the coefficient of determination that the stimulant effect is 44.9%, while the rest is influenced by other variables that exist in each other variable that measures each of these factors. Then in determining the priority of handling road damage, scoring and weighting were carried out and obtained road sections Priority I to Priority III where the most important was on the Moga - Morongso Bts. Tegal Regency which passes through Walangsanga Village and Sima Village (Pemalang Regency). This can be a recommendation for stakeholders in prioritizing the handling of road sections in priority villages for handling extreme poverty in Central Java.
